🤝 Sales and marketing alignment tips from Demandbase CMO, Kelly Hopping
You’re likely familiar with Demandbase as a leading platform for account-based targeting and advertising. That’s why it’s especially interesting to see how their own marketing and sales teams align to drive maximum impact.
In this interview, Kelly Hopping, Demandbase CMO talks through how they align their teams and also automate for scale (something we love to hear).
"I think the future is that marketers are so bogged down in repeatable processes that if you could automate those things you could actually do better creative, better content, better campaigns, more compelling product marketing, more compelling, breakthrough thought-leadership."
It’s a great example of how teams can work together to make ABM really shine, as well as automate for efficiency.
There’s a lot of good stuff in here, so give the video a watch!

How Midjourney’s new web editor empowers B2B marketers to create more
ICYMI: Midjourney’s latest web editor is a game-changer for B2B marketers looking to add custom visuals to their content. In our testing, we've been able to easily tweak, expand, retexture, and stylize images from a simple text prompt 💻.
With new tools for cropping, repainting, and adjusting lighting, it offers full creative control to personalize visuals to your brand’s style or specific campaign needs.
For B2B content creators, this update means faster, more flexible image creation—no design team required. And as AI images keep evolving in realism, tools like this will help marketers raise the bar for compelling visuals while keeping authenticity in check.
Here's a few ways we're using it today:
- Customized Campaign Graphics for ABM: We're testing the use of Midjourney’s editor to create industry-specific visuals for various account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Creative Concepting for Client Pitches: Midjourney’s text-to-image tools make it easy for us to mock up visuals that convey our initial ideas for client pitches and campaign concepts. This replaces having a graphic designer or illustrator spend hours on concepts that might never get used.
- Quick Content Refresh for Social and Blog: Midjourney’s rapid text-to-image generation lets us easily update visuals for our social channels and blog posts, keeping our content visually fresh and high-quality without lengthy design waits.
All these changes are currently rolling out to Midjourney’s top users and annual subscribers, with a broader release coming soon.
