Performance Manager
What You’ll Do:
As a Performance Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our clients’ growth, overseeing media campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll craft and execute high-performance media strategies, analyze data to make real-time optimizations, and ensure campaigns are hitting KPIs and aligned with client goals. From managing budgets and improving ad performance to collaborating with our creative team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital success across channels and keeping our clients ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape.
Job Outline
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Audit customer’s media programs related to demand generation and ABM programs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement areas.
- Develop and oversee media campaigns across relevant platforms .
- Align media strategies with client business goals to ensure efficient use of ad spend and achievement of targeted KPIs.
- Analyze client audiences and craft targeted media strategies that align with account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation goals.
- Assist in the creation of media plans that include forecasting, budget allocations, and KPI expectations.
- Participate in quarterly strategic calibrations with clients to adjust media plans as necessary based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on media trends, ad platforms, and targeting innovations, sharing insights with the broader team.
- Educate our Digital Marketing team on media strategies and techniques that will help them create high-performing B2B digital programs.
Tactical Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring that all are optimized for maximum impact, as defined by client KPIs.
- Continuously analyze media campaign data to make real-time adjustments and maximize performance.
- Generate and deliver performance reports that include actionable recommendations for optimizing media spend and improving campaign results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce and modify high-impact marketing materials and campaigns.
- Document processes and best practices for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in performance or digital media management, with a strong track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Paid Social, Search, programmatic platforms)
- Proven experience with B2B marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS, with an understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and the ability to turn data into actionable insights• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting media spend, with an eye for maintaining tight budget control and maximizing RO
- Excellent communication skills to convey performance insights, campaign recommendations, and strategies clearly and effectively to both clients and internal team
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside creative, digital, and client teams to align messaging and optimize campaign impac
- Stays current on industry trends and new ad platforms, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to media strateg
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make real-time adjustments to improve campaign performance
