Digital Marketing Manager

Mighty & True is an innovative marketing-as-a-service company that tackles the challenge of campaign overload for marketing leaders by providing a skilled tech marketing team and playbooks that easily turns concepts into successful campaigns, doubling their output without doubling their costs. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and implementation of campaigns on some of our customer accounts.

As a B2B Digital Marketing Manager at Mighty & True, your primary focus is on developing and executing effective B2B digital marketing strategies and campaigns. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in generating qualified leads and supporting business growth for Mighty & True’s technology and B2B customers. Your responsibilities center around creating and implementing strategies that drive marketing performance and provide strategic insights through regular performance reporting and discussions.

Your role is a critical link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that marketing efforts are not only met but exceeded. You’ll be actively involved in setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and developing quarterly business reviews. A significant part of your job is to stay up-to-date with the latest B2B digital marketing trends and collaborate with account teams to deeply understand customer needs and KPIs, making you a key player in our business expansion efforts.

Your proactive approach and ability to anticipate marketing needs will be essential in driving our clients’ success and, in turn, our company’s growth. Job Outline

All roles at Mighty & True come with position agreements that detail what each role is accountable and the strategic and tactical work that is involved in the job. Below is a summary of the work for which this position is accountable.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive B2B digital marketing/media strategies aligned with customer goals using their own skills and AI
  • Build strategic media plans across key digital channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive strategic insights and recommendations
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to customers, highlighting performance, insights, and future opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Collaborate with account teams to deeply understand customer needs and KPIs
  • Establish relationships with key ad platform partners
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and targets for leads generated and ROI

Tactical Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and monitor paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, creative, and landing pages to improve results using your own skillset and AI tools
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports to customers, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns using AI
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and assets. Leverage AI for copy and content suggestions.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to discuss performance, insights, and strategy

Qualifications

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B technology, design, or marketing sectors.
  2. Deep knowledge of B2B digital marketing trends and dynamics, essential for effectively serving and understanding our technology clients.
  3. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  4. Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members, crucial for managing relationships and project coordination.
  5. Strong capability in analyzing performance data and deriving strategic insights and recommendations.
  6. Comfortable with technology and experienced in managing multiple projects, ensuring efficiency and quality in client deliverables.
  7. A focus on understanding and meeting client needs, combined with the competence to identify and resolve issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
