Digital Designer

Mighty & True is seeking a Digital Designer to join our growing creative team. We're looking for a designer who not only enjoys creating innovative designs that captivate B2B audiences but also connects technology brands with their target markets through unique visual experiences. You will shape the visual aspects of various creative mediums, with a focus on digital executions.

Your designs should capture attention and communicate the intended message effectively. You need a creative flair and the ability to translate requirements into impactful designs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

The goal is to inspire and connect the target audience with each of our client’s brands in unique ways.

Job Outline

All roles at Mighty & True come with position agreements that detail what each role is accountable and the strategic and tactical work that is involved in the job. Below is a summary of the work for which this position is accountable.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive body of work that aligns with agency and client standards.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure designs align with client strategy.
  • Take design briefs, record requirements, ask clarifying questions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts that leverage brand guidelines and consider the delivery channel and technology.
  • Prepare drafts and present ideas internally and to clients efficiently.
  • Guide and refine creative outputs through iterative feedback.
  • Design digital ads (static and animated) for social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Create marketing content for digital (PDFs, ads, slides, docs) and physical formats (direct mail, event marketing).
  • Design wireframes and finalize website/landing page designs, including imagery, animations, and interactions using Figma.
  • Produce visual assets (icons, illustrations) optimized for various digital channels.
  • Collaborate with content specialists to optimize web content.
  • Package final deliverables according to company standards.

Qualifications

Following are guidelines on qualifications and nice-to-haves. We're really looking for people that live our values, are easy to get along with and are willing to help us make M&T better every day.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related fields OR 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading software and technologies (Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Figma).
  • Experience with UX design, wireframing, and user research analysis.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable with a proactive attitude.
