B2B Growth Manager

What You'll Do:

As a Growth Manager, you'll lead our customer teams forward by masterminding our clients' digital marketing success. You'll work directly with clients to develop and execute innovative B2B digital marketing strategies that drive growth and exceed expectations. From impactful messaging and creative, to targeted campaigns and optimizing performance, to staying ahead of industry trends, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Build and execute strategic media plans across key digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and optimize results.
  • Develop and present business and campaign reviews to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Deliver proposals and scopes of work to extend and expand existing client relationships.

  • A proven track record of working successfully in a hybrid or remote environment with comfort working asynchronously to solve cross-functional problems.
